By accessing or using Outscored, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Outscored is operated by Outscored Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore.
Outscored provides AI-powered career tools including resume building, ATS scoring, mock interviews, company intelligence, salary benchmarking, warm introductions, and career advisory services. These tools are designed to assist job seekers in the Asian market, primarily covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and other Asia-Pacific cities.
You must create an account to use Outscored. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Outscored. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Outscored offers Free, Pro ($12/month), and Premium ($20/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our proprietary data (company intelligence, salary data, network contacts). Share your account credentials with others. Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the platform. Submit false or misleading information. Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others.
Outscored uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content including resume enhancements, cover letters, interview feedback, and career advice. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before use.
Outscored does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcomes. Career advice provided by the platform is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional career counselling.
Company intelligence profiles, salary data, and network contact information are proprietary to Outscored. This data is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit this data. Warm introductions are facilitated at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Outscored, including your resumes, cover letters, and application data. Outscored retains ownership of the platform, its design, proprietary datasets, and all related intellectual property. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.
Outscored is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
